RATES:

$2.00 a minute for US Callers and International Calls are billed at $2.50 a minute. 2 girl calls are also available for $4.00 per minute. All calls are toll free.

Please note that your billing information is secure. We do not keep your card information on file, so you will need to take a few minutes to give us your details every time you call. That is, unless you give us verbal authorization to maintain your credit card information on file, then each girl will maintain your information separately; this file is not shared. Remember, we do not share your information. Our sessions with you are completely discreet and confidential.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We want to be absolutely clear on this point. We have only one policy: Your privacy is sacred for us. We did not build our reputation by selling emails or spamming wildly. With us, your identity will be absolutely protected as it has been since Purrfectly Sweet was born. Purrfectly Sweet is totally against any form of email or mail spamming and always will be, without any single exception. The only correspondence (email) you will receive either from us or our payment processors will be receipts, notices or feedback requested by you. We do not have email or address lists and we will only access your records if a problem shows up and we need to access your info in order to assist you or if you voluntarily join a Purrfectly Sweet Website mailing list. In addition your Credit Card will be billed as: Purrfectly Sweet for over the phone and online credit card charges. Nothing else will appear on your monthly bill. We’re committed to protect your privacy and in these days of total spamming we value it even more. We hope you will appreciate it.

REFUND POLICY

Customer service is our number one priority, if you have any problems with our service,please do not hesitate to call Purrfectly Sweet Customer Service at 1-800-440-4043. We will bend over backwards to make our customers happy! Call us first because any Chargeback that is made against our company will result in you being put on our company DO NOT DO list. A note about credit card fraud: We do not tolerate Credit Card Fraud. In an effort to maintain a secure environment for consumers, we take extremely aggressive measures to deter credit card fraud. We also work with a collection agency that specializes in adult businesses. If you refuse to pay your credit card bill for a valid charge, your fraudulent activity will be reported to all 3 major credit bureaus, and all information about your transaction will be turned over to the District Attorney in your state for prosecution. In addition, we submit all fraudulent orders to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL). We cooperate fully with these agencies to ensure successful prosecution on these cases.
